Quick and Easy

There are really only a few things you need to do:

1. Complete the Pre Trip Survey
   
2. Send your deposit of $500 to Andy Thaler 5328 SW 49th, Portland, OR 97221
3. Complete your Medical Form and email to Mike
   
4. Send your final payment to Andy Thaler by May 25
   
5. Be at Lee's Ferry June 13 with your PFD, Coffee Cup, Beverages, Snacks and PHOTO ID!
